On November 11-12, 2006, an extended seminar on working with the Biolaz-Oberon and Dianel Hardware-Software Complex was held in Zagreb, Croatia. There was also a presentation of the full English and German versions of the Dianel program.

At the end of the seminar, based on the results of the exam, certificates were issued confirming the right to work on the Biolaz-Oberon Hardware-Software Complex (without the right to train others)

All seminar participants were invited to a restaurant, where they all celebrated receiving certificates together.
