Installing and Updating the Dianel-2.1 program, step-by-step description

1. Download and Install the Sentinel HASP Security Key Driver;
2. Insert the HASP key into a free USB socket;
3. Download and Install the Dianel®-2.1 program. Version from 2022.10.12;
4. Download the User Manual for the Dianel-2.1 program in English

Detailed description of the Dianel-2.1 software update

1. Launch the Dianel-2.1 program.
2. Click Settings in Dianel-2.1 Start window.
3. Select the Database tab in the resulting window
4. Click the Backup button and confirm to create a new backup of your Patients database, wait backup process finished.
5. Close all Dianel-2.1 windows.
6. Install the new version of the Dianel-2.1 software using the downloaded Dianel-2.1 setup file and follow all messages. Be sure to save your current Researches database when prompt.
7. Launch the Dianel-2.1 program - your Patients database is safely actived.
8. To install the newest version of the Dianel program, you may need to update the driver for the HASP key

1. Select Settings in Dianel-2.1 Start window.
2. Select the Database tab in the resulting window
3. Click the Restore database button and confirm your consent to replace current database with database from Backup.
4. Close the Settings window after the restore is completed.
5. Work with your Dianel-2.1 software and all your patients normally.

Please note that before you remove the installed Dianel-2.1 program, you must create a backup copy of your database. To do this, go to the settings section of the Dianel-2.1 program and click the corresponding button in the Database tab. Failure to comply with these guidelines may lead in loss of information about your patient's researches.

Minimum system requirements for Dianel®-2.1 software
Operating system: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11. A 64-bit operating system is recommended;
CPU: multi-core Intel Core i3/i5/i7, or AMD Ryzen 5/7/9, clock speed 2 GHz or more;
RAM: from 8 GB, preferably 16 GB;
USB ports: USB2.0 port = 1 pc for protective hardware USB key HASP Sentinel, USB3.0 = 1 pc for digital camera;
Video adapter RAM at least 128 MB compatible with DirectX 9.0
