LLC “NELIAN Center for Information Technologies” is engaged in the development, production, training and after-sales service of products for computer assessment of health status. Trademark DIANEL® and Biolaz-Oberon®

Considering that early diagnosis of diseases allows timely treatment and prevent the development of severe pathologies, there is an increasing need for diagnostic devices that can quickly diagnose and identify emerging diseases with a non-invasive method with sufficient reliability. CIT CIT NELIAN LLC, using the experience of the R. Voll method and bioresonance therapy, developed devices that absorbed all the positive aspects that have been used for many years, and also developed the corresponding Dianel® software to visualize the testing process, which process test results and are capable of in cooperation with the device to obtain high results of the diagnostic process.

1999 - CIT CIT NELIAN LLC released the first prototypes of Biolaz-Oberon express diagnostic devices;
