Monocular Microscope Mikromed 1 var. 1-20 is intended for observation and morphological studies of drugs in transmitted light according to the bright field method, as well as the dark field method with a condenser, which is supplied by an additional order.

The microscope can be used in various fields of medicine, in biology, botany, chemistry and other fields of science. It is used in diagnostic studies in clinics and hospitals, as well as for educational purposes in higher and secondary educational institutions. A microscope can be used to study stained and unpainted biological objects in the form of smears and sections.

Mikromed 1 var. 1-20 provides the ability to display images in real time on a PC screen using a video eyepiece (not included). The video eyepiece is installed in the tube of the microscope instead of the eyepiece.

The microscope is designed for a barrel length of 160 mm, DIN lenses, a parfocal lens height of 45 mm.
