Prolongation of the license for Dianel software is free of charge. However at the end of the initial 1-year license, the owner of the equipment should send us a report about the use of the diagnostic system. You are to prepare the user report on your company’s letterhead paper sealed with your signature and the corporate stamp. To report it is necessary to attach photos of the office in which the diagnosis is carried out.
A mandatory condition for providing a review is a photo of the office where the diagnosis is carried out. We kindly ask you to send the hard copy of user report by mail to our address in Moscow. We also kindly ask you to confirm preparation of the user report by sending the scanned copy of the user report to reg@nelian.ru.

Instead of a comment in the paper or in the form of a document, the user can leave a review on Google Maps either to leave a comment on Yandex Maps

In order to secure the uninterrupted use of the Nelian's diagnostic equipment and for your convenience, we can provide you the license key valid for 31 days. This time is quite enough to prepare the user report on the expericence of 1-year use of the device.
