"Administration" function allows the flexibility to restrict the rights of the program operators, as well as convenient to monitor their activity.
Removal of patients and editing patient information becomes available only to the Administrator who enters the program with a special unique password that gets the owner / administrator of the software on a plastic "authenticity card" ( "Authenticity card"). The function prevents the possibility of cheating the owner / proprietor of equipment. "
The functions provided by the module "Administration Dianel-micro"
- The administrator enters the program Dianel-Micro special password that comes with the software on a special plastic "authenticity card" ( "Authenticity card"), on which the serial number of the program. To this number is rigidly attached a unique code.
- Control of the activities of the operators of the program, by setting a password on the input of each individual operator, which corresponds to the law on the protection of patients' personal data and samples and specimens (Federal Law of 27 July 2006 N 152-FZ "On personal data", as amended and additions). The administrator can set, change, or delete the password on the input of simple operator;
- The removal and relocation of patients / records / samples from image files and video, including the conclusion (case history), between operators / laboratory assistants, that may be necessary when changing operator / laboratory. Deleting patients is only possible administrator.
Function module "Administration" effectively complements the module "Event Log" - access to the statistics using the program, ie, to the magazine, a record of all actions of the operators and the administrator to use the program.
