If you are unable to install programs yourself or your level of computer literacy is insufficient to complete the tasks, then we are ready to help with the administration of your computer.

Technical support services.

With the help of modern means of communication (Skype, phone) or via remote access tools like TeamViewer we can install, configure our software and make the necessary Windows settings for a comfortable and stable operation of your software and hardware.

Billing is hourly. Minimum order - 1 hour (fully paid regardless of the actual length of service)

All new customers are provided with this service FREE OF CHARGE within the first 60 days since the purchase of Dianel or Biolaz-Oberon equipment. After 60 days the the minimum (1 hour) technical support service is to be paid  before our specialists begins working. After the session is complete and if it lasted more than 1 hour, you are to pay for extra hours the service according to the tariff. Part hours will be charged as full hours.
