Due to the increasing cases of fraudulent sales of unknown devices under our name and with copies of our certificates, DEMAND from persons and organizations claiming to be our representatives or dealers/distributors a power of attorney for the sale of a specific device indicating the model, serial number, and production date. This power of attorney is printed on our official letterhead with watermarks and certified with the original (wet) stamp of LLC CIT NELIAN. Best of all, call us and verify the authority of the person from whom you are planning to purchase the device!

An unknown Ukrainian organization selling its products in the city of Mykolaiv. We learned about this organization from a deceived buyer who contacted us for consultation after purchasing this product. Unfortunately, this person had no financial documents — they were simply not provided — therefore it has not yet been possible to accurately identify the seller of these “devices”. This is another example of how people try to save money and end up buying non-functional products.
