Renewing your Dianel software license is free (upon full payment). However, upon expiration of the annual license, the equipment owner must provide feedback on the results of using the equipment and software purchased from us. This feedback can be submitted in hard copy on company letterhead with a seal. A scanned copy of the feedback can also be sent electronically instead of a hard copy. Feedback guidelines can be found here.

A photo of the diagnostic room is required to submit the feedback. The mailing address and other contact information can be found on the Contacts page of our website. A sample feedback form can be viewed and downloaded here.

If you are unable to provide feedback before your current key expires, we can send you a temporary key valid for one month. To receive a license key, you must send a properly completed request by email. Please send all requests to this email address: reg@nelian.ru
