MIB-L trinocular inverted luminescent biological microscope

The inverted luminescent microscope MIB-L is intended for the study of tissue cultures, liquid precipitation and chemical reactions in special laboratory glassware in transmitted light in a bright field, using the phase contrast method, in the light of fluorescence (luminescence).

The microscope can be used in the fields of medicine, cell and molecular biology, biotechnology, pharmacology, toxicology, virology, hydrobiology, agriculture, ecology, as well as in other fields of science.

The visual attachment of the MIB-L microscope has a photo / video tube for installing the imaging complex.

The thickness of the research object does not play a role, since the inverted design of the microscope (illumination of the object from above, observation - from below) allows you to examine large objects or objects located in special dishes (Petri dishes, Terrasaki plates, flasks, etc.), as well as viewing nutrient medium under the monolayer. Moving dishes on the stage is carried out manually or by an overhead drug carrier with coaxial control handles. For the installation of large-sized dishes, the surface of the stage can be increased by an additional attachment.

Objectives of a microscope for planachromatic correction have an enlarged flange, which allows viewing objects (cell monolayer) in laboratory glassware with a bottom thickness of up to 1.5 mm, as well as viewing the culture medium above the monolayer.

Studies of low-contrast objects are carried out using phase-contrast objectives with magnifications of 10 PH *, 20 PH, 40 PH *. On a microscope, you can photograph images of objects using a phase contrast imaging kit (not included in the kit) and display an image in real time on a computer screen using a video eyepiece (not included in the kit). The video eyepiece is installed in the third vertical outlet of the visual attachment.

Optional equipment. Supplied on request.

Objectives-planachromats: LWDPL20x / 0.40; LWDPL 60x / 0.70; and also LWDPH 10x / 0.25 PH, LWDPH 40x / 0.60 PH;
Terasaki attachment and tablet holder;
Adapter and video eyepiece with software for viewing and working with images on a computer;
Heated subject table;
Laid on drug carrier with replaceable inserts / holders;
Spare lamps for microscope
Goryaeva camera

Distinctive features:
- The inverted design of the biological microscope MIB-L provides the ability to install laboratory glassware up to 150 mm in height, as well as to view the culture medium above the monolayer.
- Supplied by an additional order, a laid-on drug carrier with replaceable inserts / holders provides the ability to install microscope slides, Petri dishes (D = 35mm and D = 54mm) and Terasaki plates (96 and 24 wells)
- To heat and maintain a stable temperature when working with biological preparations examined under a microscope, it is necessary to purchase a heating table.
- The design of the biological microscope MIB-L provides the ability to quickly switch from one research method to another
- The fluorescent illuminator is available in two versions. With two or three filter units and a position for working in transmitted light.

Areas of use:
- Medicine
- Cellular and Molecular Biology
- Biotechnology
- Pharmacology
- Toxicology
- Virology
- Hydrobiology
